12 Days Remain.

Woah. My little challenge for myself has seriously flown by! Only 12 days remain.

So how has it gone? Well, I’ve done pretty well! There have been some ups {BluePrint Cleanse} and downs along the way, but it seems that my sugar cravings are starting to subside, or at least they are now under control!

I found that especially after the BluePrint Cleanse, I am now craving fresh fruit and vegetables over sweets – which is pretty cool, yet frustrating at the same time. Did you know that convenience stores don’t sell carrots?! I was really sad when I realized that, after I had a huge hankering for carrots!

The timing of this challenge for myself could not have been more perfect. As of this past Monday, I started the diet bet with FitFluential. So while my own challenge will come to an end in a few days, I have this diet bet to keep me on the right track.

This challenge has also been fun because it keeps me creating new foods with clean, fresh ingredients.
