Against The Grain.

By in Fitness, Weight Loss

Hey y’all! I’ve missed y’all! Life has been really crazy lately and I’ve been too busy just living it! Posting may be a little spotty between now and the first of the year, but I swear I will try to post as often as possible!

This past weekend, I spent a majority of my weekend organizing. This included organizing my home, my car, my office, my calendar and starting my Christmas lists {for others, not me!}. I feel I am more productive when everything around me is clean and I know where to find it! All I have left is my junk closet at my apartment … quiver … it will be a doozie.

Anyways, in the spirit of organizing, I’ve started making my weekly workout schedule again!

Well, I mean, I made the schedule so that I have it but it also serves as part of my weight loss mission.

That’s right. I’m going against the grain an am actually trying to LOSE weight this holiday season.

I’m such a rebel.

12.3.12Workout Against The Grain.

My workout schedule is a mix of light {Pure Barre}, moderate {running} and a single intense workout {Hour Blast}. I find that when trying to lose weight I tend to get defeated when my workouts are all intense because I’m hungrier. I will be the first to admit that I struggle controlling my post workout hunger. So knowing how my body reacts to different types of workouts lead to this week’s workouts!

Are you hungrier the more intense your workout is?

Are you able to control your hunger when trying to lose weight and have a lot of intense workouts?

Xoxo.
