Lately I’ve adopted a Honey Badger attitude towards meal planning, and honestly I’ve been so relieved. I think meal planning and making sure I eat the right food, in the right amounts doesn’t occur only when I plan, rather 24/7. So to get rid of some stress in my life, I turned to my dearest friend, the Honey Badger.

Breakfast:

I woke up super early to get some Pure Barre studying in before work. I grabbed a banana before I got started.

After studying, but while getting ready for work, I enjoyed a cinnamon raisin ezekial english muffin with 1 tbsp butter.
Lunch:

I grabbed this for lunch today. Sunday I picked up 4 sandwiches and random other prepared meals from Whole Foods. So easy.
Snacks:
Various fruit I have at work: peaches, pears, plums, etc.
Dinner:
Whatever I feel like eating at book club. Honey Badger don’t care.
Have you ever adopted a Honey Badger type attitude towards anything?
Do you find the Honey Badger attitude freeing?
Xoxo.

I absolutely ADORE the honey badger. I always want to have more of a honey badger attitude because I normally care so much about everything!
Same here!! It balances it out, so that now I care just enough ;)
Girl I totally agree!! Sometimes all the meal planning etc etc can get stressful and there are times too when I don’t care! (Book club is definitely one of them- it’s basically how much wine/cheese/sweets can I consume in one night?!) All of the rest of your eats look great- especially that english muffin! I need to find a GF one!
Those sandwiches make for a quick lunch!
whoops I was not ready to hit “post comment” lol.. “those sandwiches look perfect for lunch, quick & convienant!”
Haha. I do that all the time! They are! I love them.
