So I’m jumping on the #plankaday bandwagon, and for the month of October, I will hold my plank every day.

Here is my plank time in May of this year.
I suck at plank. Really, I do. The fact that I can’t hold my plank for even a third of the time in Pure Barre is frustrating to me. Big time.
I like to be good at what I do, but things don’t come naturally to me – I HAVE to work for it. So work for it I shall, with #plankaday.

I used to stink at them until I started lifting weights and actually ignoring my planking.. then when I tried to plank, I was hitting Plank PRs! :)

Good luck with this Liz! I have been doing planks for years and still am terribleeeee at them! I never commit fully to them though, whoops ;)
I just started PT for my shoulder/back and discovered why I struggle so much with planks. I will be doing them once I can use that part of my body like a normal person again!
I bet you increase your time quickly if you plank every day!
