Hey y’all! Happy Wednesday & What I Ate Wednesday. Thanks Jenn for hosting another fabulous party!!
Instead of doing my usual “what I’m planning to eat”, today I’m sharing what I ate this past Sunday when I was a bottomless pit. Of course, after the two killer workouts Sunday morning, I was starving when I got home from Bikram. What else would I expect?
Sure, I’ve been a bottomless pit before. More often than not actually, but this Sunday I cured my hunger cravings with mostly CLEAN eats. Such a huge step in the right direction for me.
M1: spinach & 4 egg white omelet and apple

M2: 1 cup of grapes

M3: turkey & avocado salad and sweet potato topped with plain non-fat Chobani greek yogurt

M4: {unpictured because I didn’t want it to get soggy} 2 bowls of Special K cereal with skim milk
M5: roasted sweet potato & leftover Green Giant roasted potatoes, sugar snap peas, red peppers & garden herbs

Finally, after meal 5 I was finally satisfied.
When you are a bottomless pit, what foods do you try to fill up on?
Do you automatically go to chips and candy or a cup of grapes?

I fill up on protein powder messes and lots of fruit when I’m a bottomless pit! Just like your grapes!!
hmm yogurt and a sweet potato, not something I have ever heard of before..maybe I will try it some time!
Do it! I swear it tastes just like sour cream!
After both those workouts you def needed fuel! I’m so impressed that you kept all your eats so clean! When I’m a bottomless pit, I have a hard time not reaching for chips or bars- things that are easy and can curb my hunger quickly!
