Hey y’all! Happy Wednesday. Only three days left this week!
This week, today included, I’ve been on a fruit and vegetable kick. That’s one kick I don’t mind being on, so I plan to just roll with it! Wouldn’t you??

M1: 3 egg whites and 1 medium sweet potato chopped up and roasted in 3/4 tbsp evoo {at 425 for about 20 minutes}

M2: grapes
I just can’t get enough of these!

M3: leftover sushi {tuna, white fish, asparagus & snowcrab in rice paper} with a kale & tomato salad topped with light balsamic vinaigrette.
P.S. this is leftovers from Origami, the place I wrote about Monday. It hasn’t even been a week and I went back. That should be a tell as to how amazing and fresh it is!

M4: apple
Dinner is up in the air right now. If I eat at home, it will be grilled catfish and roasted broccoli. If I go out for one reason or another, I’m hoping for sushi.
I think I have an addiction.
Maybe I should add sushi to my summer staples. Yea, I think I am.

i think it’s safe to say that you do in fact have a sushi addiction. Hey at least it’s healthy :)
