2 X10 Challenge

Tone It Up always does Happy Hour Friday, where they give you one exercise to do on the hour, every hour.

I try to do them, but sometimes it’s hard with the amount of work I have and all the people coming in and out of my office.

Well, today, work will be slow AND everyone who comes in and out of my office are not coming in today for one reason or another. I’m totally taking advantage of this!

So on the hour, every hour, I will be doing 10 tricep dips followed by 10 squats.
