#PROOF that Tone It Up motivation mail is the way to go is below.
After writing about my motivation mail last night, taking pictures and admiring the words on the key chain Jenn sent me, I was totally inspired to get back onto the TIU track in full force.
If you check what’s on the TIU calendar today, it was a HIIT booty call. August 2nd challenge, check! {p.s. didn’t do my walking lunges last night so have them on the schedule for tonight! I WILL do all challenges :)}.
Here is what my morning HIIT looked like:

pace = speed. I did this on the treadmill.
After my sweaty treadmill session, I did two rounds of my absolute favorite Tone It Up workout, Under the Sea.
I really do love this workout!! My theory is that there are so many pilates type moves.
… and come to think of it, I’m pretty sure I’ve raved about this workout before :)
So how do I feel now that I got through my workout? 1) Thankful to Jenn for the MUCH needed inspiration. I am most def motivated and 2) Amazing, awake and full of energy. I haven’t felt this good in a while. It’s crazy what a good workout can do for you!
Now off to my salmon and egg white breakfast. Yes, you read correctly <3.
