M1: 2 slices of GF cinnamon raisin toast & 3 egg whites with fresh rosemary

Ok, sometimes I suck at separating my eggs and yesterday morning was no exception. Haha. Some yolk slipped into my egg whites. I didn’t mind though ;) a little fat and a little more flavor, duh!

M2: Protein shake & banana

M3: Turkey & avocado sandwich with blueberries

M4: Peach & {unpictured} iced latte with skim milk

M5: Zea’s Spinach Salad with Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette hold the nuts, seeds & cheese.

I know, I know. That’s not a salad. Well, when I arrived I was CRAVING protein. Not sure why. Maybe it was because Emily from Glitz Glam and Granola said she increased her protein intake when she felt like a bottomless pit?! Haha. Who knows!

All I know is I left happy and completely satisfied.

Oh! And I had a few bites of dessert. It was my dad’s birthday celebration and he insisted ;)

  1. Ohh that cinnamon raisin GF bread looks so good! What brand is it?? And glad that you decided to increase your protein too– sometimes a salad just won’t cut it! Glad it helped :) Oh and it would be rude to not even taste a little dessert on your Dad’s bday ;)

  2. Increasing protein always helps me out… with satiety and helping to rebuild those muscles from working out! Great eats Liz :)
