Hey y’all! Happy Wednesday and happy What I Ate Wednesday!
M1: strawberries, banana & 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg
M2: grapefruit {SO GOOD!}
M3: Lunch Date with Blakely! I had City Green’s Spinach Club Salad {spinach, avocado, onions, eggs, white cheddar & bacon with an onion vinaigrette – also SO GOOD!}
Love that they toss this made to order salad, too!
M4: Juice! This one consists of leeks, spinach, green pepper, carrots, tomatoes and apples.
M5: grilled chicken and maybe some roasted veggies. My protein is lacking a little today, so I definitely need the protein!
And an update with the Slim Down, I’m down 1 pound! I will admit, though, I haven’t been super strict lately, but at the same time, I haven’t decreased the intensity of my workouts. What I have done is increase my fruits and vegetables and I feel the difference. I’m so interested to see how Thursday and Friday go!
The Slim Down, so far, has been really hard for me because I’m a creature of habit. I LOVE intense workouts, so it has been hard to stick to the Slim Down because of this. Because I’m trying to balance the two, however, I have listened more to my body – eating when hungry and such. So regardless of how much I lose, if I can keep this habit of listening to my body, I’m golden!

Wow. City Greens LOOKS really REALLY good. I walked in the shop when meeting with some lawyers in that same building. I wish I would have had time to get lunch there….After seeing your post, I now HAVE to get lunch there after seeing your post.
