Tone It Up, 5 Day Slim Down

As part of the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan, K&K provide a 7 day slim down to help you prepare for an event.

Basically, you eat just a little less than usually, drink lots of water and your foods are a lot of greens and lean protein – green & lean as K&K say. You also focus on foods that help you get rid of bloat.

With their Beach Babe Edition they released for the summer, the girls have a 5 day slim down that I have been dying to give a try!! With my 10 year high school reunion this weekend, I figured it would be the perfect time to give the slim down a shot!

Oh, and ps, I swear I’m not an alcoholic, but I’m also excited about the 5 day slim down because while on the slim down, you don’t drink. Well, I don’t really drink during the week, so I won’t be tempted. No temptation = more likely to succeed.

While I can’t give you all of the details {you need to buy the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan for that!}, here is what my Day 1 looks like:

Booty Call: 4 mile run

M1: Banana, small apple & egg whites and a Bombshell Spell {Beach Babe Edition Recipe}

M4: Garden Detox {Beach Babe Edition Recipe}

M5: Roasted brussels sprouts & grilled chicken breast

PM: 30 minute walk with Sydney & yoga

I’ve made it to Meal 4 so far and I feel pretty amazing. My body is thanking me after all the processed foods I’ve had these past few days.

    interesting! I have never done a slim down. I run so much I have to eat a lot of calories!
